Disclaimer - Legal notice

1.Note on the content

The free and freely accessible contents of this website have been created with the greatest possible care. However, the provider of this website does not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the provided free and freely accessible journalistic advice and news. Contributions identified by name reflect the opinion of the respective author and not always the opinion of the provider. The mere retrieval of the free and freely accessible content does not constitute any contractual relationship between the user and the provider, unless there is a lack of legally binding will on the part of the provider.

2.External links

This website contains links to third-party websites ('external links'). These websites are subject to the liability of the respective operators. When the external links were first created, the provider checked the external content for any legal violations. At that time, no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked pages. The inclusion of external links does not imply that the provider adopts the content behind the reference or link as its own. It is not reasonable for the provider to constantly monitor the external links without concrete indications of legal violations. However, such external links will be deleted immediately if legal violations become known.

3.Copyright and ancillary copyright

The contents published on this website are subject to German copyright and ancillary copyright law. Any use not permitted by German copyright and ancillary copyright law requires the prior written consent of the provider or the respective rights holder. This applies in particular to the copying, editing, translation, storage, processing or reproduction of content in databases or other electronic media and systems. Third-party content and rights are marked as such. The unauthorised reproduction or transmission of individual contents or complete pages is not permitted and is punishable by law. Only the production of copies and downloads for personal, private and non-commercial use is permitted. The display of this website in external frames is only permitted with written permission.

4.Special terms of use

Insofar as special conditions for individual uses of this website deviate from the aforementioned paragraphs, this will be expressly indicated at the appropriate place. In this case, the special terms of use shall apply in the respective individual case. The imprint applies to the company profiles of InnoSale Project.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor's IP address and the browser's user agent string to assist in spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service can be found here: http://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in connection with your comment.

Media

When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

When you leave a comment on our website, you may consent to your name, email address and website being stored in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies are valid for one year.

If you have an account and log in to this website, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we also set several cookies to store your login information and the screen display you have chosen. The login cookies are stored for two days and the screen options cookies for one year. If you select 'Remember Me', your login will be retained for a fortnight. When you log out of your account, the login cookies are removed.

When you edit or publish an article, another cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and only shows the post ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

The articles on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking and monitor your interaction with this embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into this website.

Google Web Fonts

For consistent font display, this site uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

To do this, your browser must establish a direct connection to Google's servers. Google thereby receives the information that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our plug-in. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

Further information on the handling of user data can be found at http://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Analytics

How long we keep your data

When you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically detect and approve follow-up comments rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we need to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where we transfer your data

Visitor comments may be screened by an automated spam detection service.
