Workshop in Wetter – SUSTAIN

The first meeting for 2024 took place in Wetter and was a technical workshop.

There, the consortium focussed on setting up a local server, installing Proxmox and configuring networks. A mock HLC (High Level Component) was integrated and a VPN solution was set up for remote access.

Another focus was on the L4Re hypervisor, where the firmware was flashed to the Karo board, and the first VMs were configured and tested. The discussions on VM categorisation and the zone concept showed the need for clarification in the security analysis. Finally, SSI/DID was focussed on.

Although not every integration could be finalised, valuable insights were gained. The discussions in particular were very productive and helped to refine understanding and identify key points for future development.
